We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receiving them.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@fittux.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm your request and provide the correct return address based on the product and supplier.

Please do not send any items back without our instructions.

 


 

3. Return Locations

 

Fittux partners with multiple fulfilment centres and third-party suppliers. Return addresses may vary depending on the item. Full return instructions will be sent once your request is approved.

 


 

4. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return:

 

  • We’ll notify you by email about the status of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 


 

5. Refund Conditions

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may be denied or only partially refunded.

 


 

6. Exchanges

 

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

 


 

7. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

 


 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fittux.com with:

 

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the issue.

 

We’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

 


 

9. Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Items that are used, worn, or washed.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
